- Alistair was always a healing prodigy. From a young age he loved to heal those around him and found it to be more of a joy than just a hobby. He went to school for healing once he was accepted into the university, and graduated early from his program for his exceptional skills.
- As soon as he graduated at age eighteen from the university, he began working as an intern under the previous head healing professor to one day become a professor himself. Alistair always loved teaching others how to use their healing gifts to help others, and the head professor saw the potential he had.
- Sadly enough, Alistair took up the head insctructor job after two years of being the school's pokemon care instructor. The previous head was killed in a freak car accident, and it was deemed only right that Alistair - his intern turned instructor - should take up the position, even though he was so young.
