Eckzekiel the Aegislash, better known as Kiel, is heir of the prestigious if not royal Aeribor family, acting as a stand-in head for his ill father at the age of twenty-seven. He cherishes his family very deeply, so don't think you can mess with his siblings and get away with it.
Currently, he's a freelancer who takes on a variety of security jobs, so it's not difficult to see him all around Atlaea. Why doesn't he just become a policeman, then? Because he just wants to help people in need, not enforce the law, as sometimes a job requires slipping past the legal eye.
ECKZEKIEL AERIBOR
FRIENDS
Kiel is an insanely easy person to get along with. Charismatic, friendly, and always desiring to be on most others' good sides, he's amicable and down-to-earth. That said, his kindness becomes easy to take advantage of, especially being someone who can forgive pretty quickly.
Though he meshes in well with people, there are few who earn his absolute dedication as a true or close friend. In simpler terms, it's the norm for him to be concerned about everyone, so just because he lends a hand, it doesn't necessarily mean he considers you a friend.
ENEMIES
While he goes out of his way to avoid making enemies, it is an inevitable factor in life. Even Kiel has people he dislikes, and that would be those with the ill-intent to cause trouble or harm to others. The cunning and dishonest are bound to use his naivety to their advantage as well, earning a good place of animosity in his books.
On the other side of the spectrum, people may also dislike him for his obnoxious perfectionism, or even his knightly conduct, and his niceties have been accused of being fake and for superficial or personal gain. Being apart of the upper class doesn't help with that either.
LOVERS
Kiel has definitely had a few long-lasting relationships in the past. How they ended up not working out is a complete mystery, but following his college graduation and entering his job of bodyguarding some years ago, he probably hasn't had the time to get a significant other since. He's married to his work, essentially, although now that circumstances led to him calling it quits, his schedule is a bit more freed up for now.
Of course, he isn't really looking to change his relationship status, but if it happens, then hey, it happens. Truth be told, Kiel is easy to fluster when it comes to romance. He's the type to be oblivious to his feelings and in complete denial when falling for someone or vice versa, leaving for hilarity when the rest of the world is well aware of it.
OTHERS
Other than anything mentioned here, feel free to shout out for any other ideas you have! I was quick and boring about writing this yeah.
As stated in his app, Kiel used to be a personal bodyguard until recently. If anyone would like to fill the position of his ex-client up, then feel free! He was working for several (four to five) years, so I imagine he'd have a very tight bond with them up until whatever events led to their falling out. Details can be worked out.
Continuing on that note, while he doesn't explicitly go around advertising himself, it can be assumed he's looking for a new client. If having a guard seems like a thing fitting for your character and you think they'd work well with Kiel, hit me up! If not a guard, maybe he could be mistaken for a butler (because he more or less can be one lol) or assistant and things go from there.
Security guards are the bane of any thief. Especially one who enjoys breaking into places just for the hell of it. I could see Kiel and Jack crossing paths, maybe on even more than one occasion if he's been all over town and is used to seeing this little jerk making his job into such a hassle. What do you think? c:

sorry for being grossly late with this, but that sounds like a plan! I think it'd make for an interesting (but annoying to kiel, probably) recurrence.
since it doesn't look like jack is intent on causing major grief and is a generally harmless troublemaker (like his brother cough), kiel is more than likely going to be the very lenient guy to just slap him on the wrist, say "stop doing that," and let him go easily if he gets caught.
kiel will probably assume he's a huge hobo who's bored/hungry and maybe feel bad for him. which works out for jack in the end, either because kiel would be like "if you wanna steal, better do it where I can't see," (as long as it isn't anything super valuable and important, that is) or "if I treat you to lunch will you stop that."
free food dude. can't get that kinda deal with a cop right? right.

I can see that working out so damn well! xD LOL THE HUGE LETTERS KILLED ME Free food is a plus, and maybe he'll fall for Kiel's charm and take to visiting him when he's on the job just to give him something to do. Oh, and to just be a pain in the ass 'cause he lives for that kinda thing. I'd be so down for this! xD If we're gonna start a thread I could start somewhere in town, but I'd need to know where Kiel's on duty at. Otherwise you could start it out with your character taking the lead since his job really depends on the location and time. Up to you. ^^

ahaha, perfect. if jack starts trying to stalk kiel around as harassment, he'll start nagging and trying to shape him up into a better man since he can't shake him off, so it'll make for fun clashes.
as for where and when he works, it honestly doesn't matter, being a freelancer and all that. he could have a job anywhere as long as it makes sense, so you're defs welcome to make a thread as you see fit and I can probably work with it!
I'm thinkin' we should assume they probably know each other from past heists as well? maybe not on familiar terms like names and the like. kiel's only been freelancing for like a year so he at least may have heard of some thug jackal and his reputation, but not yet have a personal encounter. kinda an introductory but not thread. /makes sense lol

So I don't know what andrew fay would think, but the Fay twins are both at the top of their class and the children of a high society bar/dance studio owning family. They are meant to be taking over the company so they are kind of "Watched carefully" and pushed to be perfect. I don't know if Kiel would be willing to guard the twins on behalf of their parent's request or not. But I just thought it would be an interesting idea. xD It might be a little awkward at first, or perhaps he just takes them to their shows that they do around the island and company as like single payments or something? I tagged Andrew, because I just thought of this and was kind of running it by the both of you. ^///^;;
EDIT;; So apparently Andrew likes the idea. What do you think?

Oooh, that'd be interesting. Really interesting! I like that idea, the course of him becoming something better than a petty thief on the street was a plot I've been kinda toying with in the back of my mind. Jack's also been on the streets for just over a year so the timing when he began his shenanigans lines up perfectly. In that case they've bumped into each other far more than once, more like Kiel just sees that annoying kid again and figures he'll go out of his way to stop him one more time. xD Swat him off like a pest with a paper fan. I could start up a thread tomorrow morning and tag you, and if there's anything you'd like me to change I'll be happy to do so! :3

being a job and all, they'd just need to pay him and his going rate probably isn't even that high because he doesn't need the money, but I can see it working out because both families are like nobles (if you can call them that, not sure if nobility even exists here).
in short, yeah I can totally dig his being their guard! since he goes a little overboard with it, it's honestly more like he's a secretary or something (manager??), so he can probably heckle them about keeping schedule and giving reminders about things as well.
over time perhaps he could also grow on them, and vice versa, to become more of a confidante/close friend, if y'all want, that is. kiel grew up in a similar environment with high expectations and all that, though his parents weren't as strict, so he'll definitely be able to relate with them.
as for honedge, someone (gumiho, I believe) already told me they might make them, so you or I, really should double-check on that. either way, sync (doublade) and myself have no particulars sans the (optionally weird) -iel name unless suggestions are actually wanted; just know that honedge has two fairly protective older bros like yo don't mess with this.
Oh yes~ I really like that Idea. I thought that at first the twins might be a little bit skeptical about having a guard/manager simply because they can see their parents written all over it. I can't speak for Nine/Andrew, but I can totally see Abbii warming up to Keil and getting used to his company. Though the twins have a difficult time talking to each other let alone other people, so if he could get (at least Abbii) to open up to him, it'd be a miracle!
